Carrick-Rede Rope Bridge

The famous Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge – an iconic crossing that connects the mainland to the tiny island of Carrickarede near Ballintoy in County Antrim, Northern Ireland.

The footpath to the bridge takes 15-20 min. and leads over a partly quite steep path. The bridge is open all year round (subject to weather) and people may cross it for a fee.

It’s really worth it!
