La Mamounia is a luxury hotel located in the main attraction area near Medina in Marrakesh. It is 1.5 km from Jamaa el Fna which is a marketplace which is a place for local attraction. It is placed know for local traditional activities. I have been here in May 2013.
Built in Moroccan style, rooms have complicatedly designed divider tiles, inward cross section wood screens, extensive overlaid mirrors and brilliant mosaic-tiled floors. They went all in with the style and luxury. The accommodations are distinguished in diverse varieties. There are 135 rooms and 71 suites in this hotel. Not only has this it also offered three unique Riads which have beautiful façades and doors. Assembled and orchestrated around a conventional focal terrace, the Riads are a superb articulation of the craft where you can enjoy privacy. With an indoor parlor and lounge area, porch and patio, the Riads are perfect for spending value time together.
La Mamounia has a beautiful vegetable garden of its own where chefs pick the organic vegetables for the food they prepared for you. Stroll through the garden where over 1500 different varieties of flowers are growing. The garden also has 200 olive trees. These olives and flowers are used for creating sensual products which are sold at the hotels very own boutique.
